The Journey Towards Imagination…

Glitchen Vera Strange was on a mission.

After the new essences and potions were introduced recently, Vera felt that there was something missing.  She got it into her head that there had to be more.  That TS was holding back.  She decided to take matters into her own hands and, through experimentation, discover how to unlock the Giant’s imagination.

No one, maybe not even the Giants, could have imagined what ended up happening.

Fortunately, Vera has a blog and she dutifully recorded her observations for all to read.  Her original idea is described here.   Then she reports on her progress towards Imagination Potion here.

And that last post?  Contains a link to one of the most clever pictures I’ve ever seen on Glitch, shamelessly reposted here:

"Sure, one of them blew up on me. Leaving rainbow droppings everywhere."

Well.  After experimenting awhile longer, Vera apparently was ready to try out a potion on a friend.  That didn’t go so well.  She basically started what she affectionately dubbed “the zombie apocalypse.”  Embracing this new turn of events, she then organized a little zombie get-together.

Hypothesizing that lots of love and random kindness would cure the zombies, they walked to Cebarkul and bathed in rainbows from rainbow potions.  There was lots of flying.  The letter G was crafted.  Even a video was taken.  It’s all there in the forum post and it’s fascinating.  I was very late to the party, so here’s my one photo:

Zombies bathe in rainbows in Cebarkul.

But there are many more photos here and here, thanks to Varaeth and Sheepy.

And I’m not sure if anyone else noticed, but throughout it all, the Yoga-Posing Mail Frog sat back taking it all in:

The mail frog hanging out watching the zombie festivities in Cebarkul. The frog was literally just hanging there and didn't seem to be on his way anywhere at all. Even mail frogs get to take a break, apparently!

Thankfully, all the rainbows and random kindnesses restored most of the participants back to normal.  I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to see what Vera cooks up next…
